Each madrasa is onboarded by the DeeniHub team. You get a 15-day trial with full access to all modules, then continue with seat-based subscription billing.
DeeniHub supports Admin, Teacher, Staff, and Parent roles - each with a separate login and panel. Staff and Parent access can be enabled or disabled by the madrasa admin.
Pricing is per student seat: ₹80 for a new student and ₹20 for renewal. Extra teacher and staff seats are ₹20 each, with free quotas included based on student seats purchased.
Madrasa fees are recorded and receipted in DeeniHub. Fee collection is managed by the madrasa admin - online payment gateway is not part of the current platform.
